my day job synthesizes theory and analysis on property ownership and monopolies, financialization, natural and financial disasters, and housing in/justice. i map how ruptures create openings exploited by "big finance" (asset managers, sovereign wealth funds, banks, slumlords, and the State) to appropriate and control... everything.

my evenings and weekends are spent writing poetry about queerness and nihilism, doing data-related coding or visualization projects, and reading critical, queer, and or broadly anti-cap theory. i also love grassland plant ecology - i'm at home in the pyrogenic flatwoods and sandhills of florida, as well as in barrens, prairies, and glades of northerly latitudes.
